Bachelors degree in Music Education with an emphasis on the harp. I was the first student from Odessa Tx. to complete the harp program from 7th grade on to Odessa College and the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
I performed on the harp and violin at TMEA ,the Kennedy Center and the White House in 2001 with the Odessa High School Harp Ensemble under the direction of Mrs. Reba McHaney.
I am from a family of teachers. We like to say "it is in our blood." I have been a music teacher
since 2011, I made the switch to Junior High Orchestra in 2018.
I am a member of TMEA /TODA and the National Harp Society,
I sang with the Odessa College Choir at Carnegie Hall NYC.
