Hello everyone! My name is Mrs. Rachel Novak, and I’m thrilled to be a part of the teaching team here at Victoria West. With a solid background in physics and accounting, I bring over seven years of industry experience to the classroom. Before joining this fantastic school, I worked in Victoria, TX, where I had the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and innovations.

Originally from Chicago, I might use a few expressions you’re not used to hearing in Victoria—like “you guys” to refer to the entire class. I hope you find it charming!

In my two years here at Victoria West, I’ve been passionate about helping students explore the fascinating world of engineering and computer science. I’m committed to making learning engaging and relevant, drawing from my industry experience to provide real-world applications and insights.
