Victoria ISD is celebrating another major achievement in the Texas Education Agencyโs 2025 AโF Accountability Ratings, earning an overall โAโ rating in College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) and an โAโ for its graduation rate, with an impressive 98.2% compared to the Stateโs 92.1%.
These latest results highlight the districtโs commitment to preparing students in โFinding Their &โ for success beyond high school, whether they choose to continue their education, begin a career, or serve in the military.

Victoria West High School โ CCMR: A, Graduation Rate: A at 99.4%
VISD Success Academy โ CCMR: A, Graduation Rate: 97%
What is CCMR?
College, Career, and Military Readiness is a state measure of how well high schools prepare students for life after graduation. Schools earn CCMR points when students:
Meet college readiness benchmarks on SAT, ACT, or TSIA tests
Complete advanced coursework such as Advanced Placement and/or dual credit classes
Earn industry-based certifications
Enlist in the U.S. Armed Forces
Successfully complete college prep courses or meet other postsecondary readiness indicators
An โAโ rating in CCMR means VISD students are graduating with the skills, credentials, and knowledge to thrive in their lives after high school.
โThese results confirm what we already know: our teachers and other staff are doing exceptional work in preparing graduates for post-secondary success,โ said Superintendent Sheila Collazo. โFrom the classroom to graduation day, we are intentional about creating opportunities for students to thrive in their chosen path.โ
This announcement builds on the districtโs earlier celebration of academic achievement, where VISD saw huge gains across campuses and zero F-rated schools in this yearโs Accountability Ratings.
