On Wednesday, March 16, the Victoria East High School (VEHS) Theatre advanced to the third round of the University Interscholastic League (UIL) One-Act Play competition.
The VEHS Theatre leadoff in the competition with their rendition of โWe are the Seaโ by Laura Lundgren Smith. Many members have won awards and honors for their performances and work through the second round of competition.

The VEHS Theatre will rehearse and compete in the Bi-District round on March 23 and March 24 in Mission, TX. The One-Act Play Competition levels are Zone, District, Bi-District, Area, Region and State.
